Cody comes from a solid land development background, which he has been exposed to for the last 14 years. Thus, Cody represents some of the larger developers and landlords in the intermountain west. As a result of Cody's skills and connections, Coldwell Banker Commercial offered Cody a position to be a member of the retail team in 2003 and join some of the most successful commercial brokers in the country.
Now Cody dedicates most of his time to representing retail tenants in their site selection process, in addition to representing developers and landlords in this part of the country. He has been instrumental in assisting several companies develop strategies when entering the market for the first time or when expanding in a market where they already exist.
Retailers have enjoyed working with Cody because of his market knowledge, professionalism, and ability to help them obtain their real estate objectives.
Cody also focuses on the sale and purchase of retail investment properties.
