Brent has more than 14 years of experience practicing commercial
real estate in Utah and has represented such prestigious
firms as Huntsman Corporation, Ken Garff Automotive Group, A.G. Edwards, Nextpage, Ceridian Corporation, Woodside Homes, Eagle Gate College, and Advanta Corporation.
One of the state’s commercial real estate stars, Brent comes to Coldwell Banker Commercial from Commerce CRG Cushman Wakefield, another Salt Lake City-based brokerage where he was one of the firm’s a top producing office agents.
Brent brings an education in real estate finance, along with a background in financial analysis. This unique combination has allowed him to specialize in the office and investment arenas, serving clients in properties ranging from $250,000 to $40 million.

During his first two years as an agent, Brent was able to secure transactions worth more than $16 million. His early success, combined with his expertise in the investment market, also led to Brent being selected as a member of the Utah Investment Council.
