Mr. Keith joined Coldwell Mergers and Acquisitions in 2010 with over 19
years of extensive experience in Business Sales/Mergers & Acquisitions.
Prior to joining Coldwell, David earned "Broker of the Year" several times
while with the former VR Business Brokers. He was the only person to ever
earn VR Business Broker's "Double Platinum Award" and sold more businesses
than anyone in Utah the same year. He was also the first broker to
ever sell a mid-size company for the Utah VR Business Brokers Franchise,
Uinta Golf in 1999.
After the Utah VR Business Brokers was disbanded, Mr. Keith formed David
Keith and Associates/BizSource Utah, and ran the business brokerage/
mergers and acquisitions company out of the Wells Fargo Center for 13
years. While running the company, he oversaw all operations, marketing,
and training of agents and was personally involved in small and mid-size
business transactions.
The decision to join Coldwell was a natural progression of his commitment
to serve clients. "There is not another Utah company that has the resources
to get its clients in front of as many potential purchasers with money, than
Coldwell's national network" he says.
David works with companies of all sizes, both small and mid-size. For the
mid-size companies, he has established relationships with nearly 150 of the
nation's most aggressive private equity groups. These groups typically look
at businesses with revenues in excess of $10 million. For smaller businesses,
he has connections for funding purchases from as little as $50,000 on up.
