Kent has worked in commercial real estate in Utah since 1997. Prior to moving to Utah, he was a licensed agent in Arizona since 1993. He received a finance degree from University of Utah in 1997 and completed his MBA from Brigham Young University in 2001.
Kent specializes in several areas of commercial real estate including land, industrial and office. Notable clients include the LDS Church, Brigham Young University, Bear River Mutual, Swire Coca-Cola, DR Horton, Deseret Trust Company, Utah Department of Natural Resources, and Marshall Industries.
Kent has a very in depth understanding of land including easements, rights of way, subdivisions, mineral rights, water rights, zoning, soil condition, title issues, etc. He also has extensive experience with rural land including, farms, ranches, and recreational properties. He has a strong focus on technology and mapping, which provide his clients with leading edge materials and information to make their real estate decisions. Kent has completed over 330 transactions since 2007.
