Jeff Mills
Jeff has extensive entrepreneurial and contracting experience. Over the past 37 years he has owned and operated multiple businesses; including working as a general contractor in the building industry, both commercial and residential, new building and restoration. In 1986 he opened a successful embroidery and screen printing business that grew into a company of 28 full time employees. With his interest in building, architecture and design, he has completed the restoration of two historic main street properties in Springville, Utah that he continues to maintain as a commercial landlord.
His interests in business have included serving on the board of the Chamber of Commerce, president of the Downtown Business Alliance, in which he planned and implemented downtown beautification and improvement projects. He is also currently a member of the Landmark Commission which oversees city historical restoration projects.
Jeff's experience as an owner of commercial and retail properties, general contracting, owning and operating a manufacturing plant, along with leasing properties gives him the unique ability to understand the process it takes to help a client make a successful transaction.
