Marcy Pitman joined Coldwell Banker Commercial with a diverse background in real estate. She holds a Real Estate Broker's license in North Carolina, Utah and Colorado. Marcy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing and a minor in Geology. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Marcy was a brokering partner and the Marketing Director for Landmark Realty Group of Cashiers, North Carolina.
As the Property Administrator for Asset Services, Marcy has a strong knowledge of financial and business management, marketing and real estate sales. Her experience in all aspects of brokerage services is a welcomed asset to Coldwell Banker Commercial. A native Floridian, Marcy is a former competitive water skier. She and her husband, Lucas, who is a native Montanan, enjoy the thrills of snow skiing, kayaking and rock climbing.
