Richard has over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate and land development industry. He has been an active licensed real estate broker since 1981 and civil engineer since 1979. Specializing in land acquisitions and sales, he provides for his clients an in-depth understanding of land, including site feasibility analysis, market analysis, zoning, development permitting, subdivision planning and design, easements, right-of-way, and resolution of title issues, etc.
He has for his clients managed the successful completion of hundreds of land acquisition transactions in Utah and California. Richard has also completed several major land acquisitions and dispositions while working in management positions with large corporate developers including Catellus Development, Union Pacific Realty Co., and Richmond American Homes.
His understanding of all aspects of coordination between parties from builders to investors and users, as well as a comprehensive knowledge in the land acquisition and development process provide valuable benefits to his clients.
