Elizabeth began her career with Coldwell Banker Commercial's office division in 2008 and most recently changed focuses by joining The Thain Retail Team. Her experience working closely with tenants, landlords, title companies and other professionals in the industry has led to an understanding of all aspects of the transaction process and the importance of the clients' needs.
Elizabeth brings her knowledge of the market as well as a strong work ethic and dedication to accomplishing the client's goals.
With 4 years of experience, Elizabeth assists the Thain Team in representing Landlords and major tenants such as Costco, JC Penny to mid-size box tenants like Ross, DSW, and The Container Store, and smaller life style type tenants such as Ann Taylor, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Victoria Secret, with comprehensive marketing and leasing programs for projects ranging from national retail anchored centers, to mixed-use developments and redevelopments. The Thain team currently leases over 3 million square feet of retail in projects throughout the Intermountain West.
